I’ve always valued relationships, whether between siblings (I have four amazing brothers!), partners, married couples, parents and children, or simply friends. My belief is that these relationships should always be founded on love, honesty, health, and constructive communication.
With a background as a licensed counselor and certified Divorce Coach, I spent a decade working as an assistant in a boutique family law office in Vancouver. My passion for writing naturally led me to explore the world of crafting ceremonies. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my horse, Private Ryan, as well as indulging in music, tennis, reading, and cooking. I cherish moments with my three grown children, their spouses, and my friends. My insatiable curiosity often leads me to new classes and hobbies.
In 2016, I attended a wedding that left me feeling empty, as if the essence of the celebration was missing. This experience deeply moved me, sparking a desire to create ceremonies that are truly meaningful and memorable. When I discovered CF&I’s program, offering the opportunity to craft deeply personal ceremonies for life’s milestones, I knew I had found my calling.
In 2020, my husband Clive and I sold our Vancouver home, built a new one in Predator Ridge, and fully embraced the enriching lifestyle of the Okanagan. Now retired, I’m thrilled to dedicate myself to what I consider the best job in the world: crafting unique, magical, and deeply personalized ceremonies. Each ceremony is a reflection and extension of each couple’s special relationship, ensuring that their love story shines brightly on their special day.
